📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
• Conduct exit interviews and manage employee records.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Provide training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Coordinate with legal and other departments to address labor disputes.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Prepare and analyze employee data for HR metrics and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and labor laws.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Certification in HR practices or labor relations is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
