📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in bureaucratic reform, preferably in a public sector or government agency.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing reforms in the public sector.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation and the use of digital platforms in governance.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
