📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement environmental policies and programs in line with national and international standards.
• Lead a team of environmental specialists to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Conduct environmental impact assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community groups, to promote environmental sustainability.
• Advocate for and implement sustainable practices within the organization, focusing on waste reduction, energy efficiency, and pollution control.
• Stay updated with the latest environmental trends and best practices, and integrate new knowledge into the company's environmental strategy.
• Represent the company at environmental conferences, workshops, and other industry events to share knowledge and network with peers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental management, with a proven track record in leading environmental programs and initiatives.
• Certification in environmental management systems, such as ISO 14001, is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team of environmental professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using environmental management software, such as SAP or ArcGIS, is a plus.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and standards in Indonesia is highly desirable.
