🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Chemistry or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in physical chemistry research and development.
• Proven track record of leading teams in scientific projects.
• Strong understanding of chemical processes and their applications in agriculture.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software such as LabVIEW, Origin, and MATLAB.
