📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and route planning.
• Ensure that all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards and that all maintenance records are up-to-date.
• Train and support drivers to ensure they are well-prepared to deliver exceptional service.
• Monitor and optimize fuel consumption to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Work closely with the logistics team to streamline the supply chain and enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide real-time updates on fleet status and performance to the management team.
• Handle any fleet-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.
• Proficient in using fleet management software such as Geotab, Fleet Complete, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the logistics and transport industry.
