📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage client interactions and ensure timely responses to client inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operational support for assigned programs.
• Track and report on client satisfaction and service delivery metrics using Salesforce.
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams using Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of client engagement strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client engagement, customer service, or a related field.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
