📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting phone calls and visits to clients to remind them of outstanding payments and negotiate repayment plans.
• Preparing and sending collection letters and notices to clients.
• Monitoring and updating the collection database to track progress and ensure all accounts are followed up.
• Collaborating with the legal team to initiate legal actions for unpaid debts when necessary.
• Providing regular reports to management on collection activities and performance.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and other related documents.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all dealings with clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Indonesian law and regulations related to debt collection.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for fieldwork.
