📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and creativity.
Perform daily coffee quality checks using specialized tools such as a refractometer and cupping equipment.
Document and analyze coffee quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Maintain and clean all coffee equipment and brewing tools.
Train and mentor new baristas on coffee preparation techniques and quality control procedures.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the coffee preparation area.
Collaborate with the roasting team to ensure consistent coffee quality from bean to cup.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall coffee experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
Certification in Coffee Brewing Techniques (e.g., SCA or other recognized certifications).
Strong knowledge of coffee beans, roasting profiles, and brewing methods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with coffee quality control tools and techniques.
Ability to lift up to 20 kg and work in a standing position for extended periods.
