📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess clients' financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance products from BRI Life's portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banking clients through regular interactions and personalized service.
• Manage client portfolios using Salesforce and BRI Life's proprietary systems, ensuring accurate policy administration and compliance.
• Conduct financial planning sessions to help clients understand the benefits of insurance solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements to provide informed advice.
• Collaborate with the BRI Life team to develop and implement marketing strategies for bancassurance products.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of bancassurance processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Insurance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on insurance or bancassurance.
• Certification as a Financial Advisor (e.g., CFP, CFA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient in using Salesforce and BRI Life's proprietary systems.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess clients' financial needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
