📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily sterilization processes for medical instruments using advanced sterilization equipment such as autoclaves and steam sterilizers.
• Ensure compliance with sterilization protocols and regulatory standards (ISO, ASTM, or equivalent).
• Monitor and maintain sterilization equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Package and distribute sterilized instruments to various departments of the hospital.
• Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to ensure the integrity of sterilized instruments.
• Document all sterilization processes and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff on sterilization procedures and best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sterilization processes and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD) or related roles in healthcare facilities.
• Certification in Central Sterile Services (CSS) or equivalent from recognized institutions.
• Strong knowledge of sterilization principles, techniques, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in using sterilization equipment such as autoclaves, steam sterilizers, and chemical sterilizers.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
