• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on strategic procurement and operations.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing supply chain strategies and driving operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier relationship management, and contract negotiation.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle SCM, or similar tools.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
