Account Assistant (Data Entry) - Tourism Industry

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data for our clients, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain client data using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency by verifying and updating client information.
• Organize and categorize client data for easy retrieval and reference.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using data analytics tools.
• Support the sales and marketing teams by providing accurate and timely data.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including filing and storing documents.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with tourism industry data management is a plus.
