📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.,Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages with accuracy and efficiency.,Maintain a clean and organized workstation and coffee area.,Uphold and promote the company's values and customer service standards.,Handle cash transactions and manage the cash drawer.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.,Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints.,Participate in team meetings and follow the company's policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Familiarity with coffee preparation and basic barista skills is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.,Must be able to stand for long periods of time and work in a team environment.
