📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing cash transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries.,Ensuring compliance with bank regulations and internal policies.,Training and supervising junior tellers.,Monitoring cash levels and reporting any discrepancies.,Assisting in the preparation of financial reports.,Handling customer deposits and withdrawals.,Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Teller or similar role in the banking industry.,Strong knowledge of banking regulations and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using computer systems and software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
