📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the needs of the organization.,Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships to secure the best possible terms and prices.,Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Manage the procurement budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Conduct vendor evaluations and audits to maintain high standards of quality and service.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
