🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, with the last 5 years in a senior HR role.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies.,Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a multicultural or international environment is a plus.,Certification in HR-related fields is a plus.
