📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and deliver accurate and timely financial reporting for clients.,Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with local regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent service.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial reporting and payroll management.,Provide training and support to junior staff members as needed.,Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting and payroll management.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
