📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a warm and professional manner.,Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages.,Check-in and check-out guests, and assist with reservations.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Provide information about the company and its services.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.,Keep accurate records of guest information and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
