📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care and medical support,Assist in the administration of medications and treatments,Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and well-being,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the nursing unit,Promote a positive and respectful work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting,Valid nursing license and certification,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment,Proficiency in English (spoken and written),Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems,Experience with patient education and discharge planning
