📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
• Develop and implement technical writing best practices and standards.
• Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
• Provide training and support to other team members on technical writing best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
• Manage and mentor junior technical writers in the team.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical documentation processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, with a strong background in software, hardware, or related industries.
• Proven ability to create clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them in a clear and understandable way.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
