Hokian Zahra Electronics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and contributing to the overall financial health of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of financial regulations and practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records are maintained and comply with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights to senior management to support decision-making.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for reporting purposes.,Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations, and implement necessary updates to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
