    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in production.

  • Knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
