📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.,Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Lead training and development programs for employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct regular performance reviews and appraisals.,Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with HR metrics and data analysis.,Proven track record of successful HR initiatives.
