📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, including inventory, staff scheduling, and sales targets.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking.,Train and develop junior staff to improve productivity and performance.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and basic retail management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Must be willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
