📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Provide training and education to employees on HSE best practices and procedures.,Investigate and report on accidents and incidents to prevent their recurrence.,Monitor and maintain HSE performance metrics and KPIs.,Collaborate with management to ensure HSE objectives are integrated into business strategies.,Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, or Environmental Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the industry.,Certification in HSE management (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficient in using HSE software and tools.
