📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Analyze and interpret drilling performance data using tools such as SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement in drilling operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance drilling efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor drilling performance metrics and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Collaborate with the drilling team to address operational challenges and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizations.
- Provide training and support to junior team members on drilling performance analysis.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in drilling performance analysis or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of drilling equipment and operations.
- Proficiency in using SAP and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Certification in drilling performance analysis or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
