As a Branch Manager at Bintang Pelajar, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's mission to provide high-quality education and training programs. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, and ensuring that our students and clients receive the best possible experience. With a strong focus on business growth, you will identify opportunities for expansion and innovation, while maintaining high standards of service and quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of Bintang Pelajar branches in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
• Manage and mentor a team of educators, administrators, and support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies for business growth and expansion.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment that supports team development and engagement.
• Collaborate with the central office to align branch operations with overall company goals.
• Represent Bintang Pelajar at industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and enhance brand visibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, training, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of educational standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
