📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments from clients.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payment records.
- Follow up on overdue accounts, negotiating with clients to resolve payment issues.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
- Analyze and report on accounts receivable trends and performance.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
