📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Lead and manage a team of library staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
• Develop and implement innovative programs and initiatives to enhance the library experience.
• Oversee the maintenance and improvement of library facilities and resources.
• Collaborate with academic departments to support student and faculty needs.
• Monitor and evaluate library services to ensure they meet the needs of the community.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Represent the library at university events and external meetings.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in library management or a related role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.
• Strong understanding of library services and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
• Familiarity with international standards and best practices in library services.
