Erajaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Promotion Supervisor to join our Talent Pool for the Bali Region. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop the sales team, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth.,Monitor sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain accurate sales records.,Conduct regular sales meetings and presentations to update the team on performance and market conditions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives.,Participate in team-building activities and initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the FMCG industry.,Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.,Experience in managing and developing a sales team is a plus.
