Sehati Intan Medical Center (SIMC) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and contributing to the growth of our business. SIMC is a leading healthcare provider in Pontianak, offering a wide range of medical services and facilities. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about healthcare and has a proven track record in account management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and acquisition.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.,Monitor client feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on trends and developments.,Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs for assigned accounts.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.,Provide regular reports on client interactions and account performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong understanding of healthcare services and trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Experience with CRM software is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.,Ability to travel frequently for client visits and meetings.
